1. Definitions
"Platform" means the Physioprep AI website, application, and associated services.
"Content" means all practice questions, feedback, explanations, and learning materials made available through the Platform.
"Trial Period" means the 14-day free trial provided to new users.
"Subscription" means a paid, recurring subscription to the Platform following the Trial Period.
"Progress Data" means your quiz results, activity, and progress recorded within the Platform.
2. Our brands
Physioprep AI is operated by Noverra Health & Education Group Pty Ltd, which also operates Physiomates. Physioprep AI and Physiomates are currently divisions of the same company rather than separately registered entities, though each has its own website, Terms, and Privacy Policy governing use of that specific platform. These Terms apply to Physioprep AI only.
3. Our service, and AI features
Physioprep AI is a learning and exam-preparation Platform for physiotherapy professionals and students.
AI features. The Platform uses third-party AI services, including OpenAI, to power features such as clinical explanations, the AI study coach, personalised recommendations, and question generation. When you use these features, the content of your queries may be transmitted to OpenAI's servers for processing. We do not use your personal data to train external AI models; all AI processing is conducted server-side through secure API calls. Our underlying case library and clinical content are developed and reviewed by Australian physiotherapy mentors.
4. Eligibility and accounts
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over, or students formally enrolled in a recognised physiotherapy or allied health training program. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and keep your account details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Free trial and subscription
New users receive a 14-day free Trial Period. Your Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. We will send you a reminder email at least 7 days before your Trial Period ends and before each renewal. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the Trial Period ends or before the applicable renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing info@physioprep.ai.
Subscription fees are as displayed at sign-up, in the currency shown, and are billed on the recurring cycle you select.
6. Payment processors
Payments made directly through physioprep.ai are processed securely through Stripe; we do not storeyour full card details.
If you subscribe through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, your payment is instead processed by Google or Apple respectively, under their own terms and conditions. In that case, Google or Apple are responsible for processing your payment and handling any refund requests through their own policies, and clause 7 below (Refunds) does not apply — you should refer to the relevant store's refund policy instead. Apple Pay is also available as a payment method where supported.
7. Refunds
This clause applies where you have paid directly through physioprep.ai (see clause 6 for Google Play / Apple App Store purchases). Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. If you cancel during your 14-day free Trial Period, you will not be charged. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at info@physioprep.ai within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request.
8. Cancellation and your data
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancelling during the Trial Period means you will not be charged. Cancelling after conversion to a paid Subscription takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
Your Progress Data is kept even after you cancel — so if you resubscribe later, your quiz results and progress will still be there. You can request deletion of your account and Progress Data at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Content accuracy and professional judgement
Physioprep AI is a study and exam-preparation tool. It is not a registration or regulatory body, and does not guarantee any particular exam result, registration outcome, or clinical competency. While our Content is developed and reviewed by Australian physiotherapy mentors, healthcare and regulatory requirements can change, and no educational resource can cover every scenario you may encounter in practice. You should independently verify important information against official, current sources relevant to your jurisdiction and profession, and exercise your own professional judgement, particularly in any clinical context. Physioprep AI Content is not a substitute for clinical supervision or the specific guidance of your Registration Body.
10. Intellectual property
All Content, materials, trademarks, and other intellectual property made available through Physioprep AI remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Content without our prior written permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
- share your account credentials with any other person
- Copy, scrape, systematically extract, or use any automated tool to collect our practice questions or Content, whether for personal archiving, redistribution, or use in training any other software or AI system
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
12. Liability
Our Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, regarding our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of Physioprep AI is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or refunding the amount you paid for the affected billing period. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (or any other applicable law) that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your Subscription at any time in accordance with clause 8.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will give reasonable prior notice (for example, by email or a notice on the Platform) before the change takes effect. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Physioprep AI after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
