- Onboarding information: your target exam, exam date, and self-reported clinical weak areas.
- Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Consultation booking information: name, email, and any questions submitted when booking a session with an educator.
- AI chat history: conversations you have with the AI assistant, which are stored to provide chat history and improve your experience.
- Profile information: optional details such as your profile photo and country.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, questions answered, sessions completed, and time spent.
- Device information: device type, operating system, browser type, and app version.

5. AI and Your Data
PhysioPrep AI uses artificial intelligence to power features including clinical explanations, personalised recommendations, and the AI tutor chat.
- Your answers and performance data are used to generate personalised study recommendations.
- Your AI chat conversations are stored in our database so you can access your chat history.
- AI-generated explanations for wrong answers are cached after first generation so we do not repeatedly process the same content.
- We do not use your personal data to train external AI models.
- All AI processing happens through secure server-side calls. Your data is never sent directly to any AI provider from your device.

- Account data: retained for the duration of your account and up to 2 years after account deletion.
- AI chat history: retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

If you grant permission, we may send you push notifications for daily motivational quotes, streak reminders, trial countdown alerts, session booking confirmations and reminders, and weekly progress summaries. 15. Subscription and Billing
Subscription and billing information is handled by our payment providers. When you subscribe, the relevant payment provider processes and stores your payment details. We receive only confirmation of payment and a subscription identifier. We do not have access to your full card number or bank details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.
